Matt Burhart, MBA, LRS, PSA
Matt and his family moved to Williamson County in 2006 as part of a corporate relocation. The home they built became the 5th house his family had lived in over the prior 6 years, and ultimately his 11th relocation. The family members were no strangers to relocation or finding new homes, schools, doctors, dentists and friends. They embraced what they expected to be their last move, and grew to love Williamson County and call it their true home.
Matt grew up in southeast Michigan and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Immediately after college, he joined a major global automotive company in sales and marketing. He has spent over thirty years with this company in many different senior and executive level positions. He recently finished his Executive MBA from Washington State University, which illustrates his mantra that you can never stop learning.
When you meet Matt, you will immediately feel his focus on the client's satisfaction. He is known for going the extra mile in anything he does to ensure ultimate success. His responsiveness, professionalism, and teamwork will provide a platform for an exceptional experience in buying or selling your home.
Matt and his wife Kim currently reside in Franklin. Their oldest son graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and is currently working on his doctorate in Physical Therapy at Belmont University. Their youngest son attends Florida State University, working on a dual major in Environment & Society and Geography. Matt and Kim enjoy running and animal rescue.

Kathy and her family put down roots in Williamson County in 2006. The move from Birmingham to Nashville was the third corporate move within 7 years. Because of these moves, her childhood as a US Marine Corp kid, and the sister of a US Army General, she has a heart for helping families through the waypoints of life.
She believes that when you hire a real estate agent, you don't want someone that is going to "sell" you something. You want help from someone you can trust to get you to the next chapter of life.
County residents trusted Kathy to represent them as their elected official on the Williamson County Commission for eight years. Her experience on the Board of Commissioners gives her a depth of local knowledge about Middle TN that sets her apart. She also has several years as a digital marketing professional for Fortune 500 companies equipping her to maximize the marketing of your home.
Kathy joined the Waypoint team because of their level of professionalism and the commitment to trust, integrity and teamwork. The Waypoint team works together leveraging their combined business skills and social networks to help clients meet their real-estate goals.
The Danner's have a "house divided" with one family member attending the University of Alabama and another an Auburn alumnus. Kathy is a self-proclaimed "recovering politician", multitasking junkie, wife and mother, and caregiver to a lovable tick-attracting rescue dog.
