Matt Burhart, MBA, ABR, LRS, PSA
Matt and his family moved to Williamson County in 2006 as part of a corporate relocation. The home they built became the 5th house his family had lived in over the prior 6 years, and ultimately his 11th relocation. The family members were no strangers to relocation or finding new homes, schools, doctors, dentists and friends. They embraced what they expected to be their last move, and grew to love Williamson County and call it their true home.
Matt grew up in southeast Michigan and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Immediately after college, he joined a major global automotive company in sales and marketing. He has spent over thirty years with this company in many different senior and executive level positions. He recently finished his Executive MBA from Washington State University, which illustrates his mantra that you can never stop learning.
When you meet Matt, you will immediately feel his focus on the client's satisfaction. He is known for going the extra mile in anything he does to ensure ultimate success. His responsiveness, professionalism, and teamwork will provide a platform for an exceptional experience in buying or selling your home.

Katherine "Katie" Simms
Katherine (Katie) has been a lifetime resident of Williamson County, having been born and raised in the Franklin and Brentwood areas. She attended Franklin Road Academy during her younger years and was a graduate of Brentwood High School. From a young age Katie developed a passion for horses. The majority of her childhood was spent at numerous farms, learning the ins and outs of the equestrian business.
She attended Western Kentucky University majoring in agriculture with a focus in animal science. She was a member of the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority. She participated in many local philanthropic events, such as volunteering at local animal rescues and sorority events benefiting the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Katie returned to Williamson County to be closer to family and lifelong friends. She worked for several years in the customer service industry, until finally realizing her passion for real estate. She is thrilled to be able to help other people and families find homes in the area that she herself loves so dearly.
Katie takes her customer service mentality into her real estate business. She strives to provide her clients with the best representation possible. Along with ensuring the home buying or selling process is stress free, efficient, and pleasurable, she also maintains relationships with clients that stretch far beyond the closing table.
Katie is now raising her own children; two toddlers, Weston and Rohen, who she describes as "all boy." She hopes to get them their own ponies very soon.
